We are a members only club - £50 per year membership and subs due prior to each attendance

We are open Mondays, Tuesday's and Thursdays - evenings only
JUNIORS (10-16 years) £3 PER HOUR SESSION 6pm
SENIORS (17 years+) £5 PER HOUR SESSION 7pm

Our Story
There is quite a history associated with the club which was established in Hanwell in 1949. We became a charity in 2004 and moved to our current site in 2011. We are grateful to Sport England, the London Marathon Charitable Trust and to Ealing Council for helping us improve the facilities and make us the club we have become.
Let us help you get fit and teach you how to box.
Please note that we are a sparring club and will require you to be in the ring once the time is right and we feel you are ready.
Everyone has to start somewhere - we can teach beginners, we can teach the moves but what we require from you is effort - and yes you will get fit.
We have done our job when we have a junior and senior team of carded boxers who take part in competitions representing the club.
We offer 1-2-1 sessions at a mutually convenient time - just ask.
We suggest all prospective members view part of a session before committing to join the club - boxing is not for everyone!
Fees
Joining /membership fee is £50 per year. Sessions cost £3 for juniors and £5 for seniors.
Book your visit and pay on line. for memberships you will receive an electronic invoice.
Equipment
Although we prefer you to have your own equipment you can use ours until you have purchased following our advice. Some items can be brought through our shop. We are a sparring club so you will need:
gum shields - hand wraps - bag gloves - skipping rope
Tournaments: When life gets back to normal we would hope to have at least one home tournament per year.
